Our Client, Louis Berger worked on this project financed by Millennium Challenge Corporation, with the objective to perform construction supervision activities (FIDIC conditions) on 5 roads totaling 62.5 km in Santiago Island, Republic of Cape Verde.
Services
Development Business (UK) ltd fielded its Road Engineer/Team Leader to replace the existing Team leader for about two month. The assignment included day-to-day duties of Engineer’s representative on construction sites, focusing on quality control, quantity surveys, review and issuance of Interim Payment Certificates, review of Contractors’ claims, assessment of project conditions and proposing measures for improved consulting services in implementation of civil works. Upon completion of services, the Team Leader will produce monthly report.
