Details
The Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Armenia (MoTC) intended to register the ownership of the public road network comprised of approximately 7500km. To achieve this, cadastral surveys of the road network did need to be conducted and cadastral maps produced. MoTC preferred to conduct these surveys in-house and therefore needed to purchase mobile mapping equipment and appropriate software able to (i) provide all the data necessary for the road cadastre, including maps, and (ii) issue road passports. The objective was to enable MoTC to procure equipment, to survey the public road networks, and produce cadastral maps.
